Mamala Approved: Green Paleo Protein Shake

This go-to favorite was inspired by our time working with Vanessa Fitzgerald, a Certified Health Coach & Founder of Vees Honey.

The protein used is approved by Dr. Adler, OBGYN at Mount Sinai Medical in NYC and has no artificial sweeteners (not safe) and no stevia (technically safe but we try to avoid it).

Paleo Protein Shake Recipe:

1 Scoop Grain-Free Garden of Life Protein

1 Handful Ice

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Handful (1/2 cup) Frozen or Fresh Berries

1/4 Avocado

1 Handful Spinach
